MOSQUITO BEATER 25TH ANNIVERSARY REUNION

Date:
Friday, March 12, 2010 - Saturday, March 13, 2010
DETAILS:

WALTER BUTLER COMMUNITY CENTER
at Bernice G. Jackson Park
4201 North US Hwy 1
Cocoa, FL 32927

If you are interested in this event YOU ARE A MOSQUITO BEATER! We welcome you, your family and friends to join us as we preserve history and renew friendships of central Brevard county. In order for the Mosquito Beaters tradition to continue, we must have younger generations join us! Please encourage your children, grandchildren, etc. to attend and learn about their "roots!" If they are not enjoying themselves, we WILL NOT block the exit doors and make them stay! We just ask them to come and give this event a chance.

There is no charge to attend the reunion. However, your donations make the event possible. Without your support, we could not rent the facilities and certainly not print our Memory Book.

Please make sure you get and wear a name tag so we can know who all of our friends are!!

Thank you for your past and future support.

Friday Night (6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)

Everyone is encouraged to bring a SMALL disposable dish of finger food to share!  Our kitchen volunteers keep the table rotated and full of food.   Nothing goes to waste!  Everyone eats all they want and anything left over either goes to the FHL for their programs or the Sharing Center.

The bar will be open for your enjoyment.  Remember, it is not an open bar, nor a cash bar.....you are expected to donate a reasonable amount for what you drink!

SATURDAY (10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)

·         Kay's BBQ will offer a choice of chicken, beef, or pork with all the fixin's and iced tea for only $8!

·         Complimentary coffee by Kay's BBQ and Orange Junce from Sullivan's Groves will be available all day.

·         Parking is available in the spots by the building, along the EAST side of the driveway and on the large grassy lot in front of the building.

·         We will have a golf cart to pick you up from the parking lot and deliver you to the front door of the building.  YES, it will take you back to your car when you are ready to leave.
